There's Trinity Western University in British Columbia. A Christian-affiliated school.
There's Providence Theological Seminary's MA in Education Studies with a major in TESOL.
Of the two, Trinity's looks to be more of a 'regular' MA in TESOL and Providence's looks to be more of a 'Christian' MA in TESOL.
University of Toronto also now has a masters degree in Second Language Education available off-campus, but the minimum requirement for entry is either a one-year B.Ed or a one-year CTESL (a certificate in TESL taken on-campus at universities in Ontario {they MAY accept the ones taken at Ontario Colleges as well, there have been mixed answers from universities and colleges on whether they will accept them for entry into a masters degree}). UofT's degree is very long and very expensive.
I have a one-year CTESL from a university in Ontario (not UofT). I did my masters degree from Deakin University in Australia. I highly recommend it. I would say most Canadians get their masters off-campus from universities in either Australia or the UK. I know one who is doing his from a university in the US. There aren't many options in Canada itself (I'm not sure why Athabasca University doesn't have a masters degree in TESOL, it would seem to be a perfect fit for them).
