Celta vs. Oxford Seminars

I have been wanting to teach overseas for several years now, and I will be receiving a Linguistics BA in December, so I want to take a certification course in January. I understand that Celta is usually considered the best if an MA is removed from the equation, but the affordability of the Celta is a major obstacle (for me at least.) Basically, I am aware of a few horror stories about Oxford Seminars, and would like to know if it is worth a major financial sacrifice to relocate for a month, and take the Celta?
