San Francisco TEFL?

I'm looking for a good accredited program in San Francisco that I can start immediately to leave for Italy this summer.

So far I have only found Oxford Seminars, Transworld and St. Giles. St. Giles offers CELTA but the institution's reputation is dubious and it is very expensive.

If anyone could offer any advice, that would be great.
