Maybe try for a PhD instead at a British university or at least ask the UK authorities how your degree is rated. As for the London Teacher Training College, its website does not name a single faculty member or member of staff and its qualifications are certainly lower than your Aregentine Masters. A 6 month DELTA would be a good choice. A 4 week CELTA might be enough.
