The consensus amongst CELTA chaps is always CELTA, especially if you've already done a CELTA or you work for a CELTA franchise. In the same way a Manchester United fan could never support West Ham United - a CELTA fan can never accept alternatives which are as good, if not better than a CELTA. A course that is limited to teaching adults and is (in the main) internally moderated by its own staff or fellow franchise holders.
Most quality accredited certificate courses won't accept non-native English speakers unless they have achieved a university entrance level score on one of the TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, AcCEPT etc. tests.
