Hi Laititea,
Seeing that you are working in Namibia, why dont't you check out Unisa (ie the University of South Africa, in Pretoria).
Other options could be the following:-
- the University of New England, Armidale, NSW, Australia (www.une.edu.au );
- Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia;
- Massey University, Palmerston North,NZ.
In Australia, Macquarie Uni probably has the best name with respect to Applied Linguistics and TESL. A number of important people in those fields, such as David Nunan, have taught there.
