Why degree do you wish to take? The cheapest reputable distance (not online) bachelor degrees are from the University of South Africa and the Indira Gandhi National Open University. If you teach in Finland university education is free for everybody although in Finnish. Charter Oak and Thomas Edison universities in the USA let you get a degree cheaply by obtaining credits by exam. The British Association of Business Executives (ABE) enables you to get 66-75% of a Business or Tourism oriented degree (much in demand now in places that want content not just general English) for about 800 pounds. You get the final year from a number of other institutions. London University has external courses too.
