Margaret,
Do you do a TESOL certificate course- like a CELTA? Also, did your Masters have a practical component to it? If so, you might be eligible to work on one of the main certificate programs like CELTA, Trinity or SIT.
If you didn't do either of the above, you should consider the alternative, shorter courses like i-to-i (UK), Oxford Seminars (US) or TEFL International (mostly Thailand).
If you'd prefer to work on one of the main/accredited course and not the alternative courses, then you'll have to consider doing a DELTA.
